I still haven't received my order. It's taken twice as long as they said it would, and I'm still waiting for it to arrive. Customer support hasn't been much help, either.

These smart WiFi floodlights are fantastic with the Smartlife app and Alexa. The colors are quite similar, but a tad more vibrant and intense compared to the 25W Novostella Blink floodlights I bought earlier. The app functions the same with scenes and an RGB color wheel, but these only feature daylight white instead of the white color wheel that the Blink ones have. I’m still trying to figure out how to group these lights to sync with my existing Novostella Blink lights (which use Bluetooth) - they’re managed through a Mesh Hub. If anyone has tips on this, I’d really appreciate it! So far, they’re working well!

Support from the customer service team is nonexistent. The outdoor strip lights remain white and refuse to change colors. The remote control is useless, and the lights won't sync with the app. I attempted multiple times to reach out to customer service via email, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, but I haven't received any response. I'm really let down.

I placed an order for the light on November 27th and even shelled out extra for speedy shipping, but it still hasn’t shown up. Totally wasted over 150 bucks!

Awesome item with solid quality. Everything set up and linked just like I thought it would. There seems to be a bunch of effects to pick from, but honestly, most of them are just mirrored since they have one for each direction the effect moves. You’ll definitely find some good effects that you dig. The lights shine super bright and I’m hoping they stick around for a long time. They come with plenty of mounting clips to space them out every 1.5ft for a neat and sag-free setup. Totally worth the cash.

I had a bit of a hiccup with one of my string lights. The help I got was really top-notch, but sadly, the issue couldn’t be fixed. Still, the support team’s efforts were outstanding, and I’d definitely suggest that anyone facing issues reach out to them. You won’t regret it!

The clarity of your site could use some work when it comes to explaining what each light package does. I was on the hunt for chasing lights and accidentally got the wrong set. Given that I placed my order on Black Friday, having to shell out an extra $50 for the right set was pretty frustrating. I was not too happy to find out that what I received wasn’t what I was after.

The support team got in touch to let us know we were ordering too much and fixed our mistake. That’s a first!

I've been getting lights from this brand for quite a while now. They've usually been fantastic, but the last batch I received was definitely not up to par. The cables were covered in some strange goo, and there were noticeable scratches everywhere. Some of the larger ones even had black touch-up paint, clearly an attempt to hide that these were previously owned and returned. When I tried to connect them to Wi-Fi, it took me over an hour to figure it out. I guess that’s why they were sent back in the first place. I followed the setup guide perfectly, but they just wouldn’t cooperate. If I hadn’t persisted, I would’ve returned them too. So, the takeaway here: it’s pretty disappointing to sell used items as if they’re brand new. I won’t be purchasing from Novastella again.

I purchased six of the e27/a19 bulbs for my space, but just after a year, they started flickering. From the get-go, they’ve been making this annoying beeping and squeaking noise that’s super high-pitched.

Their so-called "customer service" was no help at all, despite claiming on their site that the bulbs last up to 20 years. Sure, the products look good on the outside with impressive lumens and all that, but after using them, I finally get why they’re priced differently. The app is also pretty terrible, lacking in scenes and customization options.

My strong advice? Steer clear of Novostella. When I reached out, they just told me, "too bad - no warranty left" and didn’t lift a finger to assist.

What a bummer.
